Return eligibility

If you are not satisfied with an item, contact Medluck within 7 days of receiving it to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

How to request a return

• Contact support with your order reference, name, phone number, and the reason for the return.
• Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
• Pack the item securely and return it as instructed by our support team.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method and any details needed to complete it will be arranged with you by our support team.
