Terms of service

Using this website

By using the Medluck website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies. You must provide accurate, complete information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Products, pricing, and availability

• Product availability, descriptions, prices, and promotions may change without notice.
• We work to present product information accurately, but images, colours, and display details can vary by device.
• Medluck may limit quantities, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where information, pricing, stock, or suspected misuse requires review.

Orders and Cash on Delivery

Submitting an order is a request to purchase; acceptance is confirmed by Medluck. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch. Please inspect delivery details and contact us promptly if an order confirmation contains an error.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates and return eligibility are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read those policies before placing an order.

Health and product guidance

Medluck products are intended for everyday comfort and support. Website content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or before using a product where appropriate.

Content and liability

Medluck owns or is licensed to use the website’s content, branding, and images. You may not copy or use them without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Medluck’s liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Questions or disputes should first be raised with our support team.
